ELASTAK specialises in precision-engineered rubber extrusion solutions, including rubber profiles, seals, gaskets, edge trims, glazing seals, U channels, D profiles, P profiles, marine fenders and custom extrusions for a wide range of industrial applications.
Can ELASTAK manufacture custom rubber profiles?
Yes. We develop custom rubber extrusions from your drawings, CAD files, technical specifications or physical samples, and support the whole process from design and tooling to prototype and production.
Which rubber materials are available?
EPDM (our core compound, used for around 95% of profiles), Silicone, Neoprene, Nitrile (NBR), SBR and Natural Rubber. Every profile is compounded in-house, and material selection is based on your application’s environment and performance requirements. Hardness, colour and special grades (flame-retardant, food-contact, sponge) are available on request.

Do you offer prototype production?
Yes. We produce prototype sample lengths so you can approve fit, function and performance before full-scale production.

Absolutely. Send us an existing rubber profile or component and we will analyse it and develop a matching replacement or an improved version for production.
