The terms that apply when you use the ELASTAK website and request quotations from us.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of elastak.com (the “website”), operated by ELASTAK, the rubber extrusion brand of Al Khaleej Polymers Rubber and Plastic Industries LLC, Plot No. L7 & 28, Al Ghayl Industrial Area, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. 2. Product information
We work hard to keep product descriptions, dimensions and material data accurate. However:
- material properties such as temperature ranges are typical values for standard compounds, not guaranteed specifications;
- photos and drawings are for illustration, and colour, finish and appearance may vary;
- products, profiles and catalogue information may change without notice.
Please confirm the exact specification, compound and tolerances with our team before ordering. The suitability of a product for a particular application remains the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Quotations and orders
A request sent through the website is an enquiry only. It does not create a contract. Prices, lead times and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation from ELASTAK, and every order is subject to that quotation and our terms of sale. A contract is formed only when we accept your order in writing.
4. Custom profiles, drawings and samples
- When you send us a drawing, CAD file, specification or sample, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that our use of it to quote for or manufacture the profile does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Your drawings remain your property. We keep them confidential and use them only for your project.
- Extrusion dies, tooling and processes we design remain ELASTAK’s property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Prototype lengths are made for fit and function approval. Approval of a prototype confirms the profile for production.
5. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by uploading harmful files, sending spam, attempting to access it without permission, or copying its content in bulk.
6. Intellectual property
The ELASTAK name and logo, website design, text, product photos, catalogue and drawings on this website belong to ELASTAK or its licensors. You may view and download them, including the product catalogue, for evaluating our products. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ELASTAK is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its information, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Liability for products supplied is governed by the quotation and terms of sale for that order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its last updated date, applies from the date it is published.
