From a hand sketch, a CAD file or a physical sample, ELASTAK develops custom profiles and scales them from prototype to full production, with consistent dimensional accuracy in every batch.
Manufactured using high-quality elastomer compounds including EPDM, Silicone, Nitrile, Neoprene, SBR and Natural Rubber, ELASTAK products are designed to provide reliable sealing and protection across a wide range of industries.
Every profile is compounded, extruded, cured and inspected at our factory in Al Ghayl Industrial Area, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and supplied to customers across the UAE, the GCC and international markets.
